The 1,200m² office building provides a cloud base for a leading edge web hosting and server management company. The building is located on a large site in Apollo Drive within the Interplex Business Park and is the final on of three to be completed.

The client brief called for a contemporary design with emphasis on a flexible open plan environment, breakout social spaces, and secure car parking for staff operating outside normal business hours. Passive solar control elements form an integral park of the buildings facade together with a large covered patio at first floor level taking advantage of the North-Westerly site aspect.
