Senior Architect
We require a Senior Architect to join our team of 23 at our Auckland City studio. Our team thrives on variety and applicants will enjoy being involved in all stages of project delivery – leading design development from concept design, assisting with and overseeing the detailed design phase, client liaison, coordinating the consultant team and contract observation/project administration as required.
Applicants need to have a minimum of 15 years NZ based professional experience, (in large commercial projects or multi-storey apartments) demonstrate design development skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have experience in leading project teams.
You will also need to possess an excellent knowledge of the NZ construction industry processes and the NZBC, have great communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver large and complex projects in New Zealand.
Proficiency with Revit is preferred.

Senior Technician
We require an experienced Revit Technician to join our team of 23 at our Auckland City studio. This role includes taking the lead in the detail design phase, assisting with design development, and producing high quality BIM models and detailed design documentation.
Applicants need a minimum of 15 years professional experience, ideally in large commercial projects or multi-storey apartments, demonstrate detail design skills to an excellent level, and be comfortable working either independently or as a senior member of a documentation team.
You will also need to possess an excellent knowledge of the NZ construction industry processes and the NZBC, have great communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver large and complex projects in New Zealand.
Proficiency with Revit to a high level is essential.
