James is an experienced project lead with 20 years experience in architecture in Auckland. With a particular emphasis on mixed use and multi residential for development focused clients he has managed a wide range of projects from inception through design, documentation, and construction.

James is passionate about high quality outcomes from urban development. Taking pride in exceeding the expectations of the client by the way of high-quality design and built results that maximise the potential of development sites. He believes that the most important person in the design process is the client and that the client/architect relationship as an equal exchange of vision and ideas which generates a better result than either party could have achieved alone.
