The Sylvia Park Build-to-Rent apartment development was recently featured in an NZHerald article that explores the emerging BTR typology and how it aims to address the housing shortage in New Zealand. Ashton Mitchell is in collaboration with Australian-based i2C|Ryder to deliver 295 units across three residential buildings located around a central plaza and communal pavilion. The project, which is currently under construction, is the largest of its kind in New Zealand.
