The 5 Willis Street development delivers six homes tailored to foster community spirit and provide quality living spaces for those in need. The development comprises two 3-bedroom, two 2-bedroom, and two 1-bedroom homes, offering a variety of options for different household sizes near local public amenities and transport.
Careful planning has gone into every aspect of this development, from the homes themselves to the surrounding landscaping. The design emphasizes simple, robust material finishes, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance.

Since its establishment in 2004, The Bays Community Housing Trust, affiliated with Long Bay Baptist Church, has been dedicated to offering affordable, high-quality housing on Auckland’s North Shore.
